A deck adds real living space to your home: a place for morning coffee, weekend cookouts and long evenings once the heat breaks.

We build decks in natural wood and in Trex composite. We'll help you choose the material, plan the size and shape, and build it to last.

What a new deck includes

Planning and layout

We look at your house, the yard and how you'll use the deck, then plan its size, shape, height and stairs.

Wood decks

Trex composite decks

Questions about decks

Wood or Trex: which should I choose?

Wood costs less up front and has a natural look, but it needs regular sealing or staining in the Texas sun. Trex composite costs more up front, needs much less upkeep and resists fading, rot and splinters. We'll help you weigh them for your budget and how you'll use the deck.

Do I need a permit for a deck?

Many decks need one, especially raised decks and decks attached to the house. Rules vary by city. We'll talk it through during your estimate.

How much does a deck cost?

Size, height, material and features like stairs and railings make the biggest difference. We'll give you a clear price at your free estimate. Call (512) 822-0974.

Can you add a pergola to my deck?

Yes. A pergola over a deck adds shade and makes the space more comfortable on hot afternoons.
